If the item you received from us is not the item you ordered or it is damaged in some way, we will make every effort to replace it as soon as possible or we will gladly take back the item and issue a merchandise credit toward any item in our store. Please contact us on our contact page or call 619-490-0830 within 15 days of receipt of your items to report damages or if you would like to return an item for exchange or store credit.

To make a return, please take the following steps: Before returning defective products please contact us first. Ship the item back in the original packaging. If that is not possible, please wrap the item in bubble wrap or other quality padding and place in an appropriate box. The item must be securely wrapped inside the box during transport as we cannot be responsible for shipping damages, and please obtain tracking information in case the package is lost in transit. Include a note containing your name, shipping address, phone number and email, and reason for the return. Please include a copy of the receipt if possible as well. Packages must be returned prepaid- we do not accept COD packages. Once we receive your return we will notify you and store credit will be issued (less 15% re-stocking fee and shipping costs).

The Mag Magnet is locally manufactured in San Diego out of 60-61 hard anodized aluminum. We had N52 neodymium magnets specially made to fit the entire circumference of the bullet button to ensure the strongest hold. The magnets are pressure fitted and guaranteed not to fall out. The Mag Magnet magnetically attaches to a Bullet Button™. It is not permanent and easily removed, and requires no modifications to your Bullet Button equipped firearm.

The Mag Magnet can be installed and left on your firearm if it is:

• a rimfire, most commonly .22LR
• a featureless build with no other evil features such as a pistol grip, flash suppressor, vertical fore grip, flare or grenade launcher, collapsible or folding stock, or thumbhole stock
• outside the state of California

California State law prohibits certain types of firearms. Semi-automatic, centerfire rifles with a detachable magazine cannot have any one of the following features (PC 12276.1):

• Pistol GripFlash Suppressor/Flash Hider
• Vertical Fore Grip/Forward Pistol Grip
• Flare or Grenade Launcher
• Collapsible or folding Stock
• Thumbhole Stock

If your firearm does not have any of these prohibited or evil features, then you can have a detachable magazine. You are also prohibited from possessing:

• A semiautomatic, centerfire rifle that has a fixed magazine with the capacity to accept more than 10 rounds
• A semiautomatic, centerfire rifle that has an overall length of less than 30 inches
