Description
The Cross Armory/Mid-Evil Industries Combo Kit Plus for AR-10 (.308) option starts with Quick Pins that replace your existing rear takedown pin. With Quick Pins installed, separation and locking of the lower and upper receivers is simple, quick and easy! Cross Armory Quick Pins locks automatically when you close your receivers.
The Cross Armory Safe Mag magazine release and lock system for AR-10 (.308) is the safest, easiest to use release product on the market. When the receivers are separated, using Quick Pins or another method, the Safe Mag releases the magazine. This makes Safe Mag one of the simplest fixed magazine release and lock systems available. Safe Mag is an essential part of Cross Armory's AR conversion kit for regulated states like California.
The AR-10 was not intended to be opened and closed by the user with great frequency. Increased use translates into increased wear and tear on the upper receiver's takedown pin hole. Cross Armory's PIN PAL for AR-10 transfers the rotational wear from a steel pin bearing on the aluminum receiver to a steel pin bearing on a pre-lubricated MIL-SPEC metal bearing, keeping your rifle as tight as it was from the factory.
The Mid-Evil Industries DROP STOP is a simple mechanism that prevents your upper receiver from dropping open when the rear takedown pin is removed. It works in conjunction with all California conversion kits - the Cross Armory Safe Mag, the Patriot and the AR Maglock. The DROP STOP will easily mount to Picatinny, M-Lok and KeyMod rail systems.
Our Combo Kit Plus for the .308 is completed with the Mid-Evil Industries Bullet Button Removal Tool. This is the only bullet button removal tool on the market that is made of stainless steel which will ensure a longer bit life and resistance to tip wear. It has a universal 1/4 inch hex shank for easier use as a screwdriver bit. This tool is essential for the conversion of your California AR to remove the bullet button.
